![]() Mr. Rayle's practice is concentrated in labor and employment relations and related litigation, commercial litigation, federal False Claims Act litigation and alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Rayle is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Michigan. He has also practiced before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Texas, California, Florida and New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics, with high honors, from Michigan State University and graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctor, where he was a member of the Wayne Law Review. Mr. Rayle co-authored "Rightful Discharge: The Application of Toussaint to Banking Institutions," which was published in the Michigan State Bar Journal in 1987. He also co-authored "Employment at Will in Michigan: A Survey of Recent Significant Cases Decisions," which was published in Laches (Oakland County Bar Association) in May, 1989; "Tort Claims in Wrongful Discharge Cases," Laches (Oakland County Bar Association) in April, 1990; and "Defending Claims of Sexual Harassment," Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Journal, February, 1992. Mr. Rayle is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association and its sections on Litigation and Labor and Employment Law. He also is a member if the State Bar of Michigan and its sections on Labor Law and Public Corporations Law. He is certified by the State Bar of Michigan as a mediator.
